Has joined the hotel in October 2009. He has over 12 years of experience in the industry and is the 1997 batch management trainee of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He has worked with the Oberoi group in various capacities until being promoted in early 2007 as General Manager at the Trident Hilton in Agra. He subsequently joined the Claridges group in Delhi to pre-open the 240 room state of the art hotel. In his current role he is supervising the overall renovation and upgrade of the New Africa Hotel and Casino. |

She has worked in the industry across the three East Africa Countries (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania). She joined New Africa Hotel from Uganda as the hotel’s Banqueting Manager. Currently as the Food and Beverage manager she overseas smooth running of the hotel’s three outlets as well as banquets and conferences. Wilkister also served as the Training manager in charge of staff training and development. |

Chef Tony is a IHMCT New Delhi college pass out with 13 years of varied international experience in entailing Hotels & Resorts, luxury Cruise liners and Flight kitchens. He has certifications in various job related programs, such as Food Hygiene, Crowd and Crisis Management, Train the Trainer Program, Basic First Aid and Fire Fighting and was also awarded Winners in Chefs competition >From Ted Arisen Culinary Education, CCL Miami.
His last assignment was with Sarovar Hotels and resorts Hyderabad as Executive Chef, he worked with Sarovar ISB Hyderabad at inception .His previous assignments also include Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard and Sea Bourn Cruise Liners, Oman Aviation Flight Catering SAAG Sultanate of Oman, Dubai Hilton World Trade Centre and apartments UAE, The Krishna Oberoi Hotel Hyderabad and Taj Banjara Hotel Hyderabad.
He specializes in European, Continental, far Eastern, Oriental and Asian cuisines. |

Raghavendra Rao is an Associate Member (ACA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Southern Region. He is also holding Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Mangalore University India and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance from SMU India. He is also a Professional Member of NBAA (Tanzania), ISACA (USA) and IIA (USA). With his 20 years of work experience he was heading Finance & Internal Audit portfolios of industries like Non Banking Financial Company, Manufacturing Industries, Hospitality Industry, Power Generation Plants (CCPP) etc., His earlier assignments were in India, Uganda & Tanzania. He joined New Africa Hotel during November, 2007. |
